Chicago BizBash Announces Event Planner of the Year

Bizbash 's readers from Chicago have named Anthony Navarro as the Social Event Planner of the Year. The event planner works with Liven It Up Events.
This award for the social event planner for the year is a part of the first annual BizBash Chicago Readers' Choice Awards. Navarro has been awarded this title of best social event planner for the year after more than a decade of hard work in the hospitality field.
The event planner has created, built and branded many businesses in the hospitality sector and is popular because of his patience with the clients, his attention to detail and an eye for design. Frank Andonoplas from Frank Event Design, Marina Birch from Birch Design, Erin McDonald of Erin Patrick Event, Yvonne McNair from Captivate Marketing Group and Hilary Schwartz from Estera Events were in the Runners up positions. The readers of BizBash nominated and voted on the finalists in various categories including Event Producer of the Year, Venue Manager, Caterer, and Association/Nonprofit Event Planners. More than 45,000 votes decided the winners in a hotly contested social media campaign.
